The location of this house is stunning, in the middle of 90 acres, but surrounded by very large tracts of undeveloped forest. The sense of elevation above this area is dramatic.

A dining room wing extends to the south of the kitchen, with the family room and first floor guest wing to the east. Both have cathedral ceilings containing large, curved head windows. The master bedroom is on the second floor, above the guest wing and with a large wrap around balcony, has magnificent views to the south and east. A screened porch wraps around this corner, below. The children’s bedrooms are contained above the three-car garage.

The cupola room, with glass floor, gives an amazing “hang out” space, light, and through electrically operated windows, allows for natural convection ventilation in summer.
