Brendan McNamara Residential Architecture

This is a slightly smaller version of the very large, classic, New England barn attached to the main house on this estate, circa 1840.

The contents are, however, remarkably different. The majority of the first floor is taken up with recreational activities with the potential for seasonal boat and car storage. The remainder is a fully equipped, south facing work out room open to the cathedral ceiling above. The second floor has a capacious office area with kitchenette and full bathroom. The combination of cupola and southern glazing wall lights the area dramatically, enhancing the appropriately robust balustrade and trim detail.
